SHIPPING:
- A flat Shipping fee of $9.99 will apply to all orders under $95
- Free shipping for orders over $95
RETURN POLICY:
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Drawer inserts are non-refundable.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN, YOU MUST FIRST SUBMITA REQUEST VIA YOUR ORDER PAGE AND RECEIVE APPROVAL.
RETURNS DROPPED OFF OR SHIPPED WITHOUT APPROVAL WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Return Options:
1: Drop off at the warehouse with a label that says your order number. (given when return request is approved)
2: Print your own return label.
3: Request a return label from us, the cost of the label would be deducted from your refund. This option is only for customers out of the Lakewood area.
