Shipping:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Drawer inserts are non-refundable.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at team@theorganizingwarehouse.com within 48 hours of delivery.
